Financial Administrator


Job Specifications:

  • • Basic bookkeeping and record-keeping on Pastel.
  • • Administrative duties including taking and drafting of minutes, letters, documents and presentations; and filing.
  • • Secretarial duties including diary and email management.
  • • Liaising with Clients, Suppliers, Personnel, and other stakeholders including Insurance Companies, Auditors, CIPC, and Banking Institutions.
  • • Assisting the Financial Department with daily operational and ad-hoc tasks.
  • • Coordination of functions in the financial department.
  • • Procurement/Payment Coordination.

Additional considerations:

  • • Willing to travel between SA and Mozambique
  • • Microsoft office skills:
  • o Basic excel

  • o Outlook calendar scheduling
