Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) Accountant/Manager

Job Specifications:

  • • SPV accounting
  • • Ensure compliance with relevant tax and accounting regulations
  • • Management of relevant statutory records and returns
  • • SPV admin, Lender reporting, Client interface, reporting and financial analysis
  • • Cash Flow administration including payment and receivables management
  • • Other SPV related tasks
  • • Possesses a recognized professional qualification e.g. C.A. or C.M.A.

Additional considerations:

  • • Willing to travel into African countries or resident in Mozambique
  • • Advanced excel skills
  • • Either Draft Worx or CaseWare prior experience would be beneficial as well as basic understanding of processing and outputs on Pastel or Primavera
  • • Management experience
